"Click and Collect" service
While
our library is closed to public, we are putting in place a 'Click and Collect' service if you want to
borrow books. This is a service for International Space University staff
and students to enable requests of items from the Library.
You can borrow 20 items during 1 month and can renew the loans unless the books are already requested by someone else.
Requests can be placed on the Library Online Catalogue using the "Place a hold" option in the record. You must be signed in to the Library website to be able to place a request.
Please note, not all items are available to be requested.
- Only items with a status "Place a hold" should be requested.
- Items currently "On Loan" cannot be requested.
- Reference items cannot be requested.
How will I know my item is ready to collect?
When
your item is ready to collect, you will receive an email notification.
You will not be able to collect your item before this email arrives. Then, contact us to make an appointment.
Check the Library calendar on Google Calendar to know the days when your librarians will be at ISU!
Where do I collect and return my item?
Collect and return your books at the entrance of ISU, after having made an appointment with the librarians. We will provide you a certificate from the Library proving that you have an appointment in case you are controlled by the police.
The wearing of face coverings is mandatory.
