Off-Campus access to ISU Library Online Resources
The Library offers to currently enrolled ISU students, faculty, and staff a variety of research materials (databases, books, and other internet-accessible resources) for online access through the Internet.
Many of these resources being licensed by the Library will require that you log in with your ISU credentials: your username, usually name.lastname (not your full email address) and your password.

- Articles & research databases
Our main search tool for articles EBSCO EDS is available for remote access. It also provides access to thousands of resources on open-access online.
Home to 7,000+ newspapers and magazines from over 120 countries across the globe, Pressreader provides access to current newspapers in full-color, full-page format and in 60+ languages.
- ISU student projects
MSS Individuals Projects and MSS Internship reports - with grade B or above - and all Team Projects and Executive Summaries are available online in pdf.
The Library currently offers, through EBSCO EDS, remote access to Acta Astronautica, Aerospace medicine and human performance, Astropolitics, Journal of spacecraft and rockets, Space policy.
Use EBSCO EDS Advanced search and search for the title of the journal in the "SO Journal Title/Source" search field.
- UNISTRA Libraries e-resources
Students, with your Université de Strasbourg (UNISTRA) student card, you have access to the Université de Strasbourg Library electronic collections (databases, journals and eBooks. Activate your account at Ernest (formerly E.N.T.) and access the UNISTRA Libraries portal.

ACM Digital Library
The ACM Digital Library (DL) is the world?s most comprehensive database of full-text articles and bibliographic literature covering computing and information technology. The ACM Digital Library is free to all during the next 3 months.
Annual Reviews - Annual Reviews is a nonprofit publisher of highly cited reviews written by invited experts. It has a collection of review series in specific disciplines in science and social science. Each review series contains 12 to 40 authoritative comprehensive review articles, covering the major journal articles on a specific topic during the preceding few years.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coursera is offering free access until July 31st, and access until September 30th to complete courses.

Applied Science & Technology Index provides indexing for hundreds of peer-reviewed journals covering a wide variety of interdisciplinary applied science fields, including civil engineering, aeronautics, computers and informatics.
Business Source Elite
This database provides full-text coverage of top business, management and economics journals and periodicals. These valuable publications cover topics such as accounting, banking, finance, international business, marketing, sales and more.
EBSCO eBooks is converting some of our eBook licenses to unlimited access until 30th June for our subscribed titles. (Access is made via EBSCO EDS - Institutional access).

Most reliable full-text database for economic research. It offers hundreds of full-text journals, including the American Economic Association journals with no embargo.
Harvard Business Publishing eBook Collection
Includes complete catalog of e-books. HBR Press is a leading global book publisher and a division of Harvard Business Review Group.
International Political Science Abstracts (IPSA)
Produced by the International Political Science Association, it provides non-evaluative abstracts of articles in the field of political science published in journals and yearbooks around the world.

McGill Institute of Air and Space Law Publications
Database from McGill Institute of Air and Space Law with information pertaining to the law applicable to aerospace activities, containing the yearbook Annals of Air and Space Law from its start in 1976 and a number of e-books on air and space law.
SAGE International Law Package
Access to 34 selected Sage law journals.
JSTOR online catalogue
JSTOR's journal archive includes more than two thousand journals in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. Please note that JSTOR is an archive collection? you won't find much current content (i.e. articles published in the last 2-5 years are unlikely to be found). Students requiring very current information should use JSTOR with caution.

These online events will feature leading researchers and experts from around the globe discussing the important and timely topics we all need to know more about. The series will also include talks and workshops on the great material revolutions of the last two centuries, extraterrestrials, and more.
ProQuest Ebook Central is converting all our eBook licenses to unlimited access through mid-June for our subscribed titles.
Access to more than 500 key textbooks across Springer Nature's eBook subject until end of July.

When you select a licensed resource (e.g. database, e-journal, e-book, etc.), you may be prompted to authenticate as a currently enrolled student, faculty, or staff member. Verify that you have used your ISU ID your username (usually name.lastname - not your full email address) and your password.
If you have difficulties accessing the library resources remotely, email the librarian for assistance.
The article you need is beyond a paywall?
We can deliver journal articles, book chapters and proceeding papers directly to you at no charge. This service is available for current ISU students, faculty and staff only. Email ISU librarian to request the needed article and include relevant bibliographical details in your email.
Interlibrary loan and document supply service
All your loans have been extended until May 15th. We will see by then how you may return your books before leaving on internship.
If you need guidance about your search or need referencing support, please email ISU Librarian or ask your question via Instagram or Twitter.
We have stopped circulating physical material until further notice. You can keep the books you have on loan from an other Library until further notice as all libraries are closed.
If an item is due, you should keep it until the Library re-opens. We understand that this is a special situation, and special considerations will be made.
