- data related to the reader account (loans, reservations, reminder letters), the file being processed (request for loan between library and provision of documents, repositories of publications)

- manage loan services (borrowing, returning, booking books, reminder letters)

- respond to your requests via the contact form
- produce statistics on the use and evaluation of its services (pseudonymised or anonymised surveys) and decision-making tools

The library stores your data in a secure environment and processing it is restricted to authorized individuals only. Their retention period will be that necessary for the achievement of the purposes pursued and listed above and in compliance with legal provisions. When some of your personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted. Please note that some data will be kept permanently. It is necessary for International Space University to maintain a permanent archive of alumni and to provide services to its alumni community.
