| Description: | This paper aims to provide a complete analysis of the smallsats market and launch segment in the space industry. This analysis will emphasize the differences between smallsats launch types and address the quantification of the quality-related aspects. While these technologies could possibly be global game changers, the risks and drawbacks need to be assessed. This paper will also address an evaluation of the different attributes and assets of the launch types by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages between them and study the technical interfaces. Finally, a cost analysis of smallsats deployments in the three different launch types will be performed. |
