Description:
|
Space travel in the near future will require much more comfortable and self-sufficient living spaces than today’s. Those who venture out to discover the universe will increasingly need environments to work efficiently and effectively for longer and longer periods of time. The first volume of the new design series is dedicated to this new design research, aimed at the overall improvement of the living conditions of aerospace spacecraft through new tools and equipment that can facilitate human movements and improve the conduct of activities in a microgravity environment. The subject of this research is the study of the adaptation of the human body to microgravity (the nervous system, muscle, cardiovascular, posture)the design methodology of these new environments and the methods used to verify the validity of the comfort achieved.
