Description: |
In this report the results of dry gas purging in a confined volume with focus on the Relative Humidity (RH) are presented. Two different materials were tested as internal layers in order to compare the results of particulate/molecular contamination and create a model that will describe the infiltration and removal of atmospheric water vapor into a cavity purged with dry Gas Nitrogen. The aim of this work is to correlate the experimental measurements with the physical equations and produce testing and modeling based on
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with the use of OpenFoam software |
