Volume III focuses on the resolutions which intend to regulate certain topics in a more general, sometimes treaty-style, manner. It comprises eight chapters, each dedicated to one (future) UN General Assembly Resolution. Each part will contain a provision-by-provision analysis of the particular resolution. The interrelationship between these resolutions and the various UN Treaties on Space Law will be clearly analyzed and interpreted throughout the Commentary.
